@marckie i've checked it again right now. The NAC is persistent on my side. You either need to restart the server, or read the NAC again.

@Cedrico please give me your mod list in steam_ugc form so i can check any issue. Nothing should create incompatibility really, except if you have multiple new crafting guides added with mods.

I don't think that the creative mod can create issues but i'm gonna test it, Porkshop mod and vehicles definitly not. Maybe it's coming from your mod bundle. Have you checked your server log ? What does it says ?

To my knowledge, only a mod that add a new crafting guide can cause an issue, but because we are so restrained from using Guides ID (only 2 available atm). Hopefully that will change in the near future, Miscreated devs are aware of the issue.

So if I try running Iron Son's Network, Military Guide, and Concrete Crafting there will be an issue? Each one of those uses a guide and if there is only 2 then that could be why i can't get the NAC to spawn on a fresh character.

That was a long time ago, devs have fixed the issue.
Afaik, You are free to use any kind of mods along ISN.

the NAC dosent spawn on our server ;s we are able to find plenty of level 2 guides but no NAC ;/

Oil definitely, all other parts are for sale as well so... Maybe the fuel not so much bit oil is is a "buyable" car part imo
