bug report, colonists cant hit their targets
using this mod creates a bug on the colonists, and only colonists, doesnt effect enemies as far as i can tell.
the accuracy or something else of at least the snipers like PTRS (i only tested with this one and one more weapons) get messed up extremely, they will hit almost everything in their path before the target get shot, i have tested this with only CE, and combat effects, and this happens, removing this mod fixes the problem.
how to reproduce, start a new game, give a colonist a PTRS sniper rifle, some ammo, and tell him to shot a target at a long range, make sure there are some trees around in the line of fire, give him max shooting skill, and/or bionic eyes for the accuracy, and he will hit almost everything in the line of fire before the target, you can use the mod 'damage indicators' for an easier view of the hits.
with this mod the number of hits to misses ratio, is generally 1/40,
without, its about 1/2 or higher
i love this mod, the penetration, the effects, please fix this problem, so my overpowered cyborg can go back to actually hitting her targets
