10% Faster Build speed
20% Faster Teleporter charge
-10% Sentry ammo
10% More Dispenser Output

This is intended to make the utility of engineer a little more efficient even at low level Building tiers.
Especially the Teleporter charge is significant for quick Backup

I think these are better because the Metal downside forces you too use the dispenser for steady metal and the use of Utility Weapons like the Widowmaker (I know it seems like a weird thing to say but you get metal on hit)

how about you get towers with the same function, but they look and a act a little different. Like you would still build a sentry, but instead of miniguns, it would use slower more powerful shots or make it use all rockets instead of guns. Something like that. But then we should use this for the dispenser and the teleporters as well. Idk just an idea

dispencer only has one lvl

+ heals and gives ammo like a lvl 2 dispencer
+ makes a sound and gives a warning to the engineer when a cloaked spy is nearby (not sure about its range and if it tells there are multiple spy's by beeping twice)
(only cloaked not disguised)

- does not generate metal

the engi knows there is a spy nearby but not where
letting you and your friendly pyro or any other class know to start spy checking

and still giving the spy a change to get the sentry nest

Neat idea but i doubt that the TFTeam is gonna put in anything new related to buildings/classes or Weapons in the near future (This is backed up by past updates)

maybe like idk, a teleporter you can place on walls or ceiling, but with a longer recharge time or something, Idk
