Insert portraits

Could you maybe make portraits of the different ideologies that have none? For example, Maldives, Sri Lanka and few other nations. The portraits of the latest Millennium Dawn version is the only good thing about the new update of the original version

Ehm maybe that wouldn't be the hardest thing as I think it don't require me to do anything with the scripts, just the nation files
