Which factions are most "complete"?

I want to give this mod a shot after finishing a west seaxe campaign in (mostly) vanilla, but apparently some factions are missing a lot of planned events/mechanics, and/or are particularly punishing to play in this mod. So what factions are worth playing the most with this mod?
