FYI i gave up and decompiled this addon... turns out the html is in the plugin for this addon... its in lua/plugins/ass_motd.lua
the plugin is by "PC Camp" you can search for him online

Thanks i just dont like to idea of having ass all over the motd when my kids login to the dedicated server i tryed other admin mods but could not get any working

Unfortunately
for us clients server host it is impossible to change the Motd. I found a program that allows you to edit the AddonPack without having to even extract it. i inject it into my gmod but to my dismay it gets overriden with updates to replace modified files. i have seen that garry plans to make it to where you can mount addons in an offline fashion.as seen here[facepunch.com].
