It is a bit complicated, if you are new to modding I would use Rocket Launcher for now, I will write a BakkesMod guide when I get the chance!

Since there is no more rocket launcher - how do you guys still play it on multiplayer?

You can't. The Rocket Launcher is made for an older version of RL :steamsad:
