No, sadly it does not. On the bright side though, there are playermodels, so there's something (can't remember whether they're included or a separate addon).

its a tool that allows you to change models without changing propties. it lets you take a CS:S player model and put it on a civilian (you may also: get a desk prop and takeing its model and putting it on a bomb barrel so when hit it goes off) PS:ragdolls only work on players/npcs
