Just a little something to make it perfect,

It needs just a tiny amount of confetti particles to be coming out of the end of the weapon.
BOOM.
10/10, perfect!

I did tired confetti, but it clipped kinda too much into the flag, movng away the attention from it, so I decided to keep it simple.

How about glitter/sparkles, then? nobody would complain about glitter clipping
