I can think of two notable speeches for Norway:
King Haakon VII's national day speech https://www.kongehuset.no/tale.html?tid=27732

Man the guns has reworked USA and UK focus, and I built the mod on these focus trees.

No sorry I am wrong, I thought it was a discussion on my other mod. But this DLC is still needed because I built triggers and conditions for speeches on some national focuses (USA and UK) that was changed by the DLC.

Well, that's actually what I thought: that some speeches needed MtG focuses to be activated, but thanks anyways!

sp_listen_can_baldwin_the_english_secret_mi plays something in Russian. Doesn't sound like Stalin. I was Canada in '37 for this one.

Wishlist is closed. For the moment, we don't plan to add any audio file. Bs_Bellamy doesn't work on the mod anymore.
