Change orb - there's a restore to default button there, same goes to navigation icons too.
As for the Visual Style, simply select Aero again.

If you mean the Start Orb then there's a StartOrb folder, there you find the bitmaps to use with the Start Orb Changer; also if your Windows returns the default start orb upon restart, then go to advanced options -> check replace by editing resources in the Start Orb changer app.

I need to reset it to before i installed this, please give me a step by step, because i'm stumped

First, select Windows 7 Aero theme (either via the Theme Installer, or by Windows personification); then you may want to uninstall the system patch too (though it doesn't really bother anything, you might just keep it) from the control panel's add/remove programs; you can restore the Start Orb with either the Changer, or by renaming explorer.exe to the backup the program automatically made, if you've changed it by editing the resources.
You can even delete the theme from \Windows\Resources\Themes if needed.
