Thoughts on the map!
Hi, love this map, best Earth map I have played so far. If you were looking for insight on what maybe to add or change I have a few thoughts:

So Russia starts off as St Petersburgh which makes sense so they can access the ocean but the only issue is that it pushes on the Scandinavian civs who already do not have much land and leads Russia to expand north which allows other civs to take land the AI should have taken.

Also, the British Isles should be made a few tiles larger because the Cliffs of Dover cannot be built on and in a game where districts are everything this leaves England at a huge disadvantage.

Also, Florida should be made one tile longer, and Italy should be made a bit bigger with the volcano wonder pushed down a tile or two so Rome is not at a huge disadvantage.

Also maybe add an option for where the new world is covered in resources for players who wanna play with no civs in the new world, so then this would encourage the AI and players to colonize.

Those were some thoughts I had! Overall, its a sick map, well done!

Could you make an enlarged Europe version? I miss that from previous civs games. It was achived I belive by moving Africa south.

If Peter is the one leading Russia they really should have a heavy navy focus. Although I get what you mean, the map really can't be played with all the civs. I've had somebody suggest moving Arabia's start, so maybe I should think more about balance?

I've already made the British Isles bigger than it should be... Cliffs of Dover aren't a very good wonder are they?

I'll have to check with my friend Mr Google Earth about Florida. Italy's shape/size has proven hard to get right on a map with this scale, and TBH I've been thinking of somehow changing it since the start.

A "new world" map, eh? Sounds rather fun. I might do that. Maybe.

If you want a world map scaled with balance in mind I think the Greatest Earth Map from Yet (not) Another Maps Pack is very good.

Thank you, yeah, I agree with what you said about Peter and the Cliffs of Dover do hurt England a lot, but a New World colonization map version of this map would be EPIC. @Cogitator
