"I have no idea how to even describe what happened today.
I'll probably just leave this diary entry blank, sorry future me!"
is a generic placeholder message that is displayed whenever the actual diary entry cannot be loaded from the localization files. It's basically an error message that's pretending to be an actual diary entry.
The entry for day 26 is named incorrectly in the localization file that stores all diary entries, that's why the base game loads the placeholder message instead. My mod comes with a slightly modified version of the localization file that fixes this issue.
Interestingly, the placeholder message happens to be extremely fitting for day 26, that's why most people didn't even notice that it wasn't the actual entry.
Huh, that is interesting. I'm surprised something like that slipped past the developers, but with how fitting that fake diary entry is, I'm not surprised no one reported it as a bug. Thanks for clearing that up. Diary+ is a great mod btw!
