Need help on getting rid of it

So I downloaded this map but after a while it wasn't loading so I decided to unsubscribe. But now everytime I go onto Garry's Mod it says that the map is downloading and when I go into the workshop it says I am subscribed to the map. Can someone just please tell me how to get rid of it once and for all?
