If I wanna play solo game, should I go to "edit scenario" and play "test" ? Also when I do that, the character skins won't show (shows standard skins instead). Thanks

First, you won't get far because you need your allies in the fellowship since it is hard. However, if you wanted to try, go to Single player, pick Standard Game, then make sure the Data set is LOTR and select the scenario there.

Hello, I haven´t played this sceneario yet, I just watched the SoTl video and read the description of the mod. I have a sugestion though since I have seen the abilities are pretty similar, how obout adding and area of effect attack during a short period of time? Like logistics or druzinha. Would that be possible?

Thanks for the suggestion. Not possible to add the attribute of splash damage/area effect unfortunately. I was looking at other options like having hidden petards teleport to your unit when you click on something and they explode but not sure that will work either. I wish we had more granular attributes to modify like melee armor, archer armor, spash damage, etc...

2 player is good if you have a friend you always play with, however it would be difficult to host a game and get a random player to stick with you to the end.

Go to Single Player, load the map and data set, and change the color of your player number. That is how I do my testing for different characters.

It is pretty complicated and needs Trigger Studio (3rd party) to do it. It is not documented anywhere so when I get a chance I will document it for the rest of you to start using in your maps.

Hi! Im considering buying AoE 2 just to play this RPG scenario I saw on youtube, do I really need ALL of the dlc as well to play it? I can't believe im about to shell out 40$ to play a game I already bought 15 years ago haha
