Gold, zed stucked outside the area, last zed icon showed that it was located in another area behind the gate.
Toxic, zed stucked on the tall platform, won't go down.
I already adressed the toxic stuckpoint with a update maybe coming today. But the one in Gold is unknown for me. I will check all possible Spawnvolumes at this area.
Problem is that the Fog/Rain map got some performance problems with good locking rocks. So i don't have really a choice. But i will check some other textures maybe better locking, thanks for the report. ☺

Solution - "Toggle EX" the first player spawns by "Level Loaded" event.
I will add 2 more Player Spawns for each area, don't play his map with more players. It's not made for more zeds (more dynamic shadows) -> Performance Issues

EDIT: I occurred to me, the first game (with the haphazard approach to your puzzle) was a short game, the other game (where I didn't do the puzzle at all) was a long game. So perhaps going to the secret areas in the second game isn't a bug, but the trip to the Gold area in the short game should maybe be considered one.
Everything ok with the settings so far.
It doesn't matter which game lenghts you are playing or if survival or endless.
The Secret Path will open just when you trigger the relics in the right order.
You will get a notice if you do it right ;-)
You will get at round 7 also teleported to toxic.
