Don't declare war on Switzerland
When I only own a small fleet of maybe 2k early in the game, but all my border stations are star fortresses with 20k fire power, all the AI will keep declaring wars on me, then do nothing, because their 6-8k fleets have no hope of getting past those stations.

It's not a major problem, but it makes the AI "feel" stupid.

I don't think I can fix it. :(

Mods have no direct control over AI declaration of wars. I've added some "hacky" ways to prevent AI from declaring bad wars by disabling the option (roughly speaking the only way to prevent AI from declaring dumb wars is to remove the "declare war" button) but it's not a widely usable solution.
