Warframe

Corpra Mesa

hmm, good work.. but..
Cool, but it could be any frame. Mesa's specific aesthetic is partially lost here. Aside from a few subtle hints, this could be Corpra Mag or Corpa Gara or whoever. Also reminds me of Tali from mass effect.

Im also not sure that this would fit with Warframe's aesthetic. Looks like operator cosmetics on a frame. Again, great work.. looks really cool.. but it might be a bit too 'out there'.

I agree, it needs a little more "Mesa" to really pop

Not every damn skin that a user makes has to look like the frame the skin is for

THAT'S THE WHOLE FKING POINT OF SKINS
guess you guys dont know what frame your playing might as well have a Mesa written on her back if you need a little more "mesa"

Part of Warframe's aesthetic is taking one look at another Warframe, and always recognizing who they are, no matter what color they are. Really adds to the action and suspense when you spot a Volt in your Eidolon hunts, a Frost in your Defense missions, or an Ivara in your Spy missions. You know what they can do, and they likely know what they can do, too.

The OP has a point: the only unique bit in this skin is her coat. Her Peacemakers are missing, and her helmet isn't very Mesa. Otherwise running around as a blur she might be mistaken for another Warframe. (Yes, I can recognize Warframes while they're flying by me.)

This is totally Mesa, I don't see this on any other frames, this cybernetic dead eye aesthetic is a good refreshment from the cowgirl hats. The point of Tenno Gen is to stray away from the original just a bit and I don't think this goes to far at all.

No

the peacemakers are a weapon, they aren't part of the skin and aren't shown.

The mask over the eyes really sells this as Mesa to me. I really can't see this as other frames, and am really glad that, like Giant Dad said, it's not just more cowgirl hats.

a few things: the basic silhouette of mesa's body is still there (because that's impossible to change) and there's only one other frame's helmet has a big ol' brick on their face, and that's valkyr's kara helmet, which has the ponytail-like wires to make it unique, and with the big eye like design on said big ol' brick, it's pretty hard to say it isn't mesa

Right, because her two stock alt helmets (one of which looks like a cult mask and one of which looks like the skull of an alien cow with a halo on it for some reason) really keep the mesa aesthetic..

Seriously? Her stock helm is a bandana on her head with an eyepatch for christs sake. These criticisms never cease to amaze me. This helm is fantastic and fits with the other corpus themed helms.

You do realize that, being the peacemakers aren't an armor piece but rather are a weapon, that they are just not shown here because their skin isn't modified? They will be on the warframe ingame..

No one ever complains that the deluxe skins (Which, HELLO, actually change the entire aesthetic of the frame, not a single person on earth who sees limbo's deluxe thought "Hey, theres limbo" at first) dramatically change the way frames look. You people are looking for reasons to complain about a damn good skin.
