If you’re unable to dismantle on your server you have a mod overriding all the tools.
Or your config is incorrect and it’s not reading the dismantle tools.

in BBP (+ItemPack) you have 2 setting files:

BBP_Settings
BBPItemPack_Settings

in "BBP_Settings" you can set

"BBP_DisableDismantle": 1, --> Dismantle is disable and therefore Dismantle is not possible.

in "BBPItemPack_Settings" you can set

BBPLandClaimBlockDismantle": 1, -->

if I understand correctly, this means that Dismantle is not possible when a "BaseFlagPole" is set (and it is active)?! Do I understand this correctly? Because this setting has no effect in game. If I set a "BaseFlagPole" I can still Dismantle
