Forgot to mention, we have updated BBP thru GSP, and installed Codelock. Validated all files, uninstalled/reinstalled. Still getting error. Was not getting error before update.

Same here. Game won't start due to this error message.

I am not even trying to join a server, just start the game.

Chopper had posted this earlier in his discord, might be your fix as someone else posted the same issue in the discord and they were referred to the updates section and this is in there.
SERVER OWNERS:
Rename or delete BBP_Settings.json from your server profile folder and let the mod generate a new file.
Code Lock mod is now required to be installed, until we find a better fix.
Add the new xmas lights to you types.xml file.

The update brought back an old bug that was solved a month or two ago.

When holding a BBP item in hands the FPS drops to 1fps. I tried holding the Volleyball net and the kiddie pool in hands and my FPS dropped to 1fps, when I put those items back into my inventory my FPS jumped right back up to 60fps.

@Blackwraith, I saw the addendum to the updat, and followed the steps, no joy. Have you gotten it squared away?
