Crafted items fall through the floor,

When crafting a fire it falls to the ground underneath the floor of a T1 floor. Have not tested T2 or T3.
Also happens when spawning items with admin tools.

no access to walls and floor to change materials in and out either. (toggle inventory is set to yes)
