Stackables
Oil can be now be stacked, stack sizes are max 5
Make sure you split the stack before filling a car or generator otherwise it will use the whole stack but only give the value of one bottle!

This Also Effects Base Parts, When Placing A Part That Is Stacked You Must Split The Stage As Placing Will Place One And Again Use The Stack
