Herobrine93045, There is a conflict in focuses, because the "Dreams of White Russian Victory" changes the german focus tree. It is doubtly that I can fix it. But I will see, what I can do.

So, I've found the way to fix it. But some work on the focus tree (mainly on adding both SOV and RUS tags) is needed.

В общем, на 1.9.1_beta , со включенным модом не отображается портрет у первоначального испанского президента (Niceto Alcala-zamora (вроде такое имя) )
P.s После отключения модификации его портрет возвращается на место.
