A Northumbrian culture for Northern England, Gutnish/Gotlandic, and of course, Slovenian.

we played friesland and brandenburg with all the dlcs it worked for him in SP but he doesn't own most of the dlcs so its probably something to do with that

Do you both have exactly the same mods and DLC's open. if not the lobby won't work and you will not be able to play. Maybe you can unsubscribe and subscribe so it will download the newest content.

thats not how the dlc system work chief if the host has the dlcs the other players dont thats your mod not the game

doesnt work with only your mod. and yes it works without your mod didnt test the dlcs though
