Probably a clashing bug
In June version, i got this error from a Real Tech Tree file, but infixo confirmed that my bug is due to an other Tech Tree mod, and ETT is the only one that i also have :

Is there a solution to fix it ?

So is the game not starting anymore and this is the output of your Database log file?
I just tried only RTT and ETT and I got no error in my log file and the game also started

Yeah i was unable to create a new game, always crashing and sent me to mod managing place.

So you still hae this issue when only selecting RTT and ETT?

I'll have to test it again in order to ensure the source of the problem, but few days ago when I tried i was using a lot of mods also, but because they don't modifiy the techs i didn't see why they would cause ETT/RTT to crash

Works perfectly when using only Enhanced Mod Manager, ETT and RTT. I'll have to look into my other mods.

Whe reactivating my hundred mods, the bug reoccurs. Below is the detail in Modding.log (cuz I only gave DB infos) :

Unfortunatly I cannot guarantee compatability with every mod out there ^^.
