Covert operations for Cradle of humanity, cant build the right ship with VRO
As the the description saids, Looks like for some reason i cant make the specific ship with the weapons needed due to VRO. Which really really blows cause ive never passed covert operations mission before.

If someone knows a work around please let me know!!
