The current name sounds a bit off...
Honestly, it is a FANTASTIC cosmetic idea, as I am a huge fan of Diamond Is Unbreakable. However, "Crazy Noisy Bizarre Pomp" sounds a bit messy. I'd suggest something like
"The Great Raise"

Any other good ideas?

To clarify:

The name "Great Raise" comes from Great Days, the 3rd and final intro to this part of the series
As for Josuke's school suit to go with it, I'd suggest either:

"The Voice of Glove"(Derived Scout's love for baseball, which uses gloves) or "Crazy Dia-Mann" (Derived from Crazy Diamond)in reference to Heavy's Tsar Platinum

I think Crazy Noisy Bizarre Pomp sounds good as it is a Pompadour. Crazy Dia-Mann would be perfect too.
