Got to the Telestrian office run, and Dodger (the plot NPC) is the only runner available to hire, even though there's clearly supposed to be more (the vanilla version has more, the dialog indicates you should hire more, and it questions your "decision" to not hire more). I can't fill out the team, which normally would make things difficult, but could be dealt with tactically.

However, on this run, that doesn't work: when you get to James Telestrian's office, there's a bunch of guys who will wait for you to jack in, no matter how long that takes, so you can't just clear them first and then send Dodger into the matrix. They all completely ignore my main, and go straight for Dodger. On Hard difficulty, if he logs back out for the fight, then back in, he'll have picked up an insurmountable amount of extra alarm state, and if he stays in, there's no way a single character of this level can do much to prevent a swarm of security, coming from multiple directions (so you can't even bottleneck them) running up to him and executing him while he's cut off from his surroundings.
