I've made this fix couple months ago.

It allows you to craft hiver armor and weapons.
Note: for hiver weapon grades you need to build hive weapon smith!
Also, those technologies require a lot of hive notebooks. Good thing you can buy them from have caravan and hive traders in villages)
Also fogmen armor and weapons is now craftable.
