I can activate the "remote warhead detination" but where is the detonation room?

I can't find the admin room. But you can still detonate the nukes by typing in the console ent_fire alpha_nuke_start use

It is really hard to find. But paste this into console to TP to the admin room:
sv_cheats 1; setpos -16152.254883 16180.450195 16144.641602
