Civilian life module not cleaning up properly
If a civilian wanders out of a trigger zone before it is deactivated, the civilian does not get cleaned up when the trigger area is left by players. Conversely, any unit with a civilian side gets improperly removed just for being inside the trigger area.

I suggest you change it to keep a list of what civilians are spawned for an area when entering or leaving so only those civilians get removed. Furthermore, if one of them wanders out of the trigger area, they either get ordered to move back inside the trigger area, or they get deleted and replaced, as per the preference of the developer of this mod. I think the former is a better solution.

Either way you don't want civilians just wandering the map because they left a trigger area. The lag builds up fast.

An unrelated request; can you make it so parked vehicles appear scattered through a civilian area also? With options to have said vehicles locked or unlocked or only locked to players.
