I won’t post the actual text for the different endings yet, but below you will find the bonuses/penalties and what changes for each of the questions you are asked at the start. I guess you can use this list for if you are struggling to win the map and wish to "cheat".

Note: all of these bonuses must be found around the island with the exception of the sniper tech which Alonso gives you when you ask about it in the “Cog” list of things to find.

In Phase 1, did McCauley collect the gold stash at the start of the level?

Yes = +1600 gold to find.
No = nothing

In Phase 2, was the farmer who was scouting the fields to the south-west of New Thurso rescued or was the west side of the map cleared before the final wave?

Yes = +60 food to find.
No = nothing

In Phase 3, was The Observer rescued from a truck to the south-west of New Inverness?

Yes = 3 x lookout towers and extra lore at the end.
No = nothing

In Phase 4, was the Mapmaker found resting in a truck to the south-east of New Stirling?

Yes = Silent Beholder Tech and extra lore at the end.
No = nothing

In Phase 5, did McKenzie survive the ambush at Kirkwall?
Yes = You can find McKenzie on the island. If you find him and he survives then you get a happy ending for him. If you don’t find him or if he dies then he is given an honourable funeral.
No = nothing

In Phase 6, did you find Valentine “Le Gardiner” Garson in the tunnel gardens which formed part of Project Genesis?

Yes = Crystal Palace tech and extra lore at the end. You get a happy ending if you saved Garson as well and she has a sad ending if Garson died in Phase 7 and a sadder ending if he died in Phase 12. Either way Valentine looks forward to seeing McCauley again.
No = nothing

In Phase 7, when the New Sheffield Outpost was ambushed, did Colonel Garson survive?

Yes = You can find Garson on the island and if you saved Valentine then you also get +60 food when you find him. If you find him and he survives then you get a happy ending for him if you found Valentine or an ok ending if you didn’t (Garson looks forward to seeing McCauley again). If you don’t find him or if he dies then he is given a military funeral – if you saved Valentine she attends his funeral but if you didn’t save her then Garson is buried next to her.
No = nothing, except for a sadder ending for Valentine if you found her in Phase 6.

In Phase 8, did both of Smith's daughters survive?

Yes = There are 4 veteran rangers to find, +60 food when you find them and extra lore at the end.
No = nothing

In Phase 9, did you kill The Shaman?

Yes = nothing
Yes but infected killed her = there are 5 non-veteran rangers to find.
No she survived = there are 5 non-veteran rangers to find, +60 food and extra lore at the end.

In Phase 10, did you kill Sycorax, the mother of Caliban?

Yes = +20 iron to find (the 6 soldiers are found dead)
No = depends on the answer to the next question…

In Phase 10, did you kill Solomon One, the sniper unit that looked like Ava's brother and McCauley?

Yes = if you save Ava then she has a less hopeful outlook at the end.
No = sniper tech and Ava has a more hopeful outlook at the end. Also, if you DID NOT kill Sycorax then you DO NOT get attacked by harpies when you train snipers.

(note: if you don't find Ava or if she dies in Phase 12 then she gets a funeral ending)

In Phase 11, did the Badger Commander survive the mission?

Yes = One veteran solider (Badger Commander) and two non-veteran soldiers to find. You get extra lore at the end (doesn’t matter if the Badger Commander survives or not).
No = nothing, unless you answered no to the next question as well.

In Phase 11, did you rescue more Followers of the Magic Badger from the Tower of London?

Yes = 3 non-veteran soldiers to find. You get extra lore at the end (same as the above lore).
No = nothing, but if you answered no to this question and no to the other Phase 11 question then you will get attacked by Chubby infected when you train soldiers.
