3-leaf and 4-leaf clover style scenario.
This is merely a concept. The creator doesn't have to do this if he doesn't want to.

When unboxed, there's a chance for a 4-leaf clover to be on the hat.

1. Every hat unboxed either has a 3-leaf, or a 4-leaf.

or

2. Only unusual versions carry a 4-leaf.

Which do you think works? Do you have your own idea?
