Detailed Informations of the classes

Overall changes:


  • Yellow Lotus Potion recipe creates two item: one “regular” and one “lesser”
  • Regular Yellow Lotus Potion resets the attribute points
  • Lesser Yellow Lotus Potion resets the feat points
  • T2 and T3 religion related perks are only available for Mystic class players
  • Everyone starts without a class
  • Players can select their class by interacting with Admin Placeable Objects
  • There are three internal “levels” of each class:
    • Basic - starting from lvl 1 - given when interacting with the class shrine
    • Epic - upon reaching lvl 50 - given automatically
    • Legendary - Partially implemented, will be earned through RP (admin approve) OR with pippi gold (reflecting months of play time)
  • Every vanila recipe from the T2 and T3 religion perks are added to T2/T3 priest thralls
  • Removed the attribute bonus from the armor pieces
  • Removed the attribute bonus from the warpaints
  • Players gain passive attribute bonuses according to their class: +4/6/8 (lvl 1, lvl 50, Legendary)
  • Corruption buff now changes eye/hair/skin color for light/medium/heavy
  • Corruption color changes reverts when losing the corruption buff
  • Praying at the altar of a god will make that deity provide a watchful eye buff
    (Not always display after praying,needs multiple try in that case)
  • “The Gods are watching” buff will provide immunity against sorcery powered by the given God (e.g. “Set is watching” buff gives immunity against the settite spell “Cobra’s dance)
  • Praying at the altar of a God while another God’s buff is already persistent will bring a deadly curse and the previous God to leave the player.
  • Indestructible admin props for trade posts
  • Immersive black lotus potion: deadlier poison effect and unique effect for Mystic players with the feat “Necromantic Rites”

Warrior

  • Passive Stat bonus: Strength / Health / Accuracy
  • Increased unarmed (fist) damage
  • New recipes: warpaint coloring, changes the color of the current warpaint, tradeable
  • New recipes: Warcry - “handcrafted recipes”, no ingredients needed, 5 sec casting, uses all stamina and applies a buff for the warrior, the strength of the buff depends on the class level.
    • Warcry of the Guardian: +VIT + Armor
    • Warcry of the Hunter: +GRIT +20% movement speed
    • Warcry of the Marauder: +STR
    • Warcry of the Duelist: +AGI

Entertainer

  • Passive Stat bonus: Agility / Survival
  • New Recipe: Makeup kit - reusable item, changes the makeup of the character, tradeable
  • New Recipe: Kiss of Betrayal: lipstick, applies a poison on your partner after a “Lover’s
  • Embrace” sexiles animation putting it asleep.
  • Gets the recipe to craft the Zamorian Dancer clothes
  • New Ability: while performing certain emotes (with the regular “R” key emote radial menu) entertainers are give positive buffs to their surroundings (strength of the buff depends on the class level)
    • Aquilonian Dance - +AGI
    • Cimmerian Dance - +SURVIVAL
    • Dance - +ACC
    • Haka/War Dance - +STR
    • Khitan Dance - Vitality
      T
    • alk (inspirational speech) - +GRIT
    • Belly Dance - HP regen bonus
    • Snake dance - Corruption Removal
    • Chicken - Armor bonus for the entertainer, Negative armor for everyone else

Outlaw


  • Passive Stat bonus: Accuracy / Grit
  • New recipe: Slippers of the Rogue - handcrafted black sandals (Black painted Coarse Footwraps) gives the ability of double jump - low durability and no armor bonus
  • Only outlaws gains the bonus effects
  • New Recipe: Lockpick tools, T1/T2, tradeable
    • Opens a door or a container,
    • 30 sec cast time with tinkering animation
    • Moving or equipping a weapon interrupts
    • success chance depends on the item tier of the target and the class level of the outlaw (non outlaw can use the tool as well but with a really low success chance).
    • Unlocked doors will remain open for 10 sec then closes automatically
      **if the owner closes the door during this 10 sec the door will be bugged and need to be picked up and replaced again
    • Works only if the owner or at least one player from the owner clan is online the second the tinkering starts (give or take 10 min for performance optimization)
  • New Recipe: Weakening poison - Reduce the victim’s VIT and STR by 3
  • New Recipe: Poisoned Jug of Water/Wine and food - handcrafted placeable food and drinks identical to the one from the Immersive Sexiles Extension but poisons anyone who consumes.
  • Throwing knife same values as the blackice throwing axe but greatly reduced material cost and stackable

Mystic

  • Passive Stat bonus:Vitality / Grit
  • Acces of the T2/T3 religious feats
  • New “Recipe” Healing hands: using a healing bandage the Mystic can heal another player, the when the recipe is crafted the mystic starts an emote healing the closest player, the healing will gets interrupted if any of them moves. If no valid target available the bandage used for the recipe returns to the inventory.
  • Healing of Mitra: works the same as the Healing hands ability, learned with the Mitra T2 religion feat, more powerful and uses lingering essence
  • Fools gold - basic mystic spell, turns a piece of stone into gold, the gold will perish into stone after twenty minutes
  • New feat: Necromantic rites
  • Necromancer’s robes - High quality Skelos set of dress, probably with a corruption gain mechanism.
  • Black Lotus Potion effect
  • SPELLS - Will be expanded slowly, for the first release there will be a couple already as a proof of concept, spells will be unlocked with either the Religion perks respectively or will be added as an individual Feat (e.g. necromancy). Each spell will increase the corruption of the user, and each spell’s potency is increased and empowered by the current amount of corruption. The corruption gain from spells CAN exceed the game’s default 50% threshold!
  • Religion based spells requires their god’s buff gained at the given altar and religion based spells are not effective against other players with that God’s buff.
    • Cobra’s dance - Set religion, upon casting (hand crafted recipe) the mystic starts a snake dance. The priest gains corruption periodically while dancing and anyone nearby gains a movement penalty based on the amount of corruption the caster currently has. Any movement interrupts the spell.
    • Derketo’s kiss - Drains the life of the victim of a priest, priestess after a Lover’s Embrace animation.
    • Wind of the North - Ymir spell, creates a small blizzard around the mystic, the duration depends on the amount of corruption the mystic has. Everyone with the buff "Ymir is watching you" are immune to the frostbite effect.

Artisan

  • Passive Stat bonus: Encumbrance / Vitality
  • New Recipes: Improved “Riddle of Steel” weapon and armor enchantment items, tradeable:
    • Artisan’s Reinforcement kit
    • Artisan’s Tool upgrade kit
    • Artisan’s Weapon damage kit
    • Artisan’s Spiked weapon fitting
    • Artisan’s Blunted weapon fitting
    • Artisan’s Thick Armor Plating
    • Artisan’s Armor Rebalance Kit
  • Artisans gets the recipes to craft Legendary weapon repair kits
  • Can craft apron+gloves
  • Master Stoneworks: new feat giving recipes to create statues based on players

Nomad

  • Passive Stat bonus: Encumbrance / Survival
  • +5 encum backpack
  • New Recipe: Squeeze water - handcrafted drinkable water from Fiber Plants
  • New Recipe: Delicacy from the bushes - handcrafted, edible grub from Fiber Plants
  • Cooling Waterskin and Warming Waterskin
    hand crafted, Waterskin + ice OR waterskin + spice
    works just like the waterskins with all the refill function
    adds a very strong chilling/warming buff
  • Perish into normal waterskin after an hour
  • Trade Routes
    • Six admin placeable “trade stations”
    • Nomads can purchase different type of shipments from the station
    • Each station offers different price for the shipments
    • Shipments are auto-equipped backpacks, should replace the helmet slot, but it's recommended to remove the helmet before getting a shipment
    • Shipments can be looted from corpses and any class can sold them at the trade stations

I really like the idea behind this, though I feel like there could be some more classes if possible, like for example, Assassin, Wizard, Monk, Shaman, Slaver, Beastmaster.

I feel most of those that you mention can easily fit under the existing classes. But just to make it interesting; How do you picture those classes you mention, like what custom items/features, bonus attribs, e.g?

Beastmaster could have bonus Survival/Encumb/Accuracy --- Encumb so they can carry their pets haha, and survival cuz I think beastmasters would be ranged or possibly tanks. Cuz they let their pets do their bidding. So depending on the approach, Beastmasters could be ranged dps. Since their pets would be their frontline. So thus you could doo just Encumb/Accuracy. If you do the Encumb/Accuracy Stat bonus or all three surv/encum/accu. Then maybe give them a unique item/recipe that allows them to craft a food that all pets love. So taming grants higher chance for a greater pet. Also you can give them a unique feature that makes it to where theres a chance they won't consume a arrow while shooting. Or if that is too complicated to code. You can take a different route like make it to where they can craft a unique arrow that puts creatures/thralls to sleep after however many shots.

@Thicky Nicky, I like the idea, and have been thinking of creating a class with pets/mounts in mind. Currently working on a mount system with one of my collaborators, and the plan is to create a class to accompany that! But I will deffo consider taking all of that you wrote into consideration, I actually think it would be a great addition.

Hello,
I love your mod and I am planning to use it for my future private RP-PvP-C server. although, I noticed all the orb recipes and such are locked for the mystic class but no where here does it say anything about it. is this on purpose? and thanks for the great mod!

Yea, u need a mystic or a T4 thrall to craft the orbs, however everyone can use them! View it as a perk and an additional way for mystics to make money
