Arsenal implementation

Hi, i played DUWS a lot and i love it. Thank you for hard work in this Mission.
Does anybody know how to build in the Arsenal system? It would be perfect to combine it with Airdrop resuply, so if you need a Arsenal you need to call for an Airdrop (i guess it should be ok for balance reasons).
