This is what I came up with:
It is reflective a tiny bit.
The card can only be seen if the spy disguises as spy, or it is a friendly spy. If the spy is disguised the card and it's information changes to that class. If it is a friendly spy turning into an enemy spy it stays the same except it changes colour.
So:
If disguised as red: Colour red,
If disguised as blue: Colour blue,
If disguised as Sniper: Information changed to
Name: Classified
Country of Origin: Australia
Role: Support
