The hire-able runners are a very important part of the game. They also involve some complicated logic and balancing.
This is a thread for any hire-able runners related issues / thoughts / etc.
Currently every runner except for Akimi is implemented. I am still working on the logic, and I am receiving a handful of reported problems with some.

If you think they are inappropriately geared / equipped / balanced / whatever let me know.
If they aren't hiring properly, tell me as much detail as you can so I can investigate.
