Hello,

Syntax is a gaming community founded on FiveM (GTAV RP). We run a highly advanced roleplay server there. Recently we decided to move into DayZ as some of us have nostalgia and enjoy playing the game. Over the last few weeks, we've realized a lot of modded servers are way too easy and over the top. As such we made Syntax DayZ.

On our server we have mods but we tweaked them all heavily. We established a trader economy and loot economy that should be working. We also made it so if you want the high tier modded weapons you have to buy them. Finding guns is easy but not the best guns.

Concept
Our aim is to offer you a 1PP, lightly modded hardcore survival server, with a fair basebuilding and raid system that enhances both aspects of gameplay.
You will have to deal with hunger, thirst, sickness, infected, weather, threats, and setting up shelter.

Staff team & Discord
Small, experienced, adult staff team working through our discord with a support ticket system.
Our discord offers you channels such as looking-for-team / trading / pc-builds / media.

Events
We organise weekly events such as 'save the hostage' or 'bandits at the coastline' every tuesday and friday at 9.30PM GMT+2
These are announced in our events channel and are participated by many community members.

Base Raiding
Bases can only be raided with C4 Breaching Charges.
Breaching charges do not work on watchtower parts, so be creative with this advantage.

Wipes
We try to keep the server wipes minimal.
In our rules you will find a 'claim base rule', this is to keep track of bases.
We manually remove inactive and raided bases to keep the server clean.
