Item Quality ?
I think it should be just a bit more rare than a unique weapon. What do you think it should be in quality, AND in price (shop and trading) ? i guess it should be 0,74 € and around 1 reclaimed. :D:

Robotic Drops after every 10 MvM ROUNDS
Should be Stock Reskins but have special effects like unusauls

it does look like a laser weapon like the cow mangler, i think the quality should be Laser weapon, or a Focused Wave Projector.
Make a strange qualtily for this too! making it Focused Wave Uber, or Focused Wave Charge
its usually like a key when it comes out, bu it should start dropping down to around 0.33-0.66 ref

Oh you people are so hypocrite
No community-weapon (or hat/misc for that matter) is available in any quality other than unique or unusual (or vintage, for that matter).
It might be just sold at ~$2.49 like the latest added weapons, and will be worth half of a scrap (after some time) like almost all other non-promo weps, maybe a little more if dirty.

Yep, that should be it. I don't want any new quality. I especially don't want to play MVM to get it since I really dislike MVM mode.
