To make your server's lanterns and torches not require fuel put this in your Gameusersettings.ini:

[LanternsGalore]
DontRequireFuel=True

this commands dont seem to work for me am i doing it wrong ?

This line:
[LanternsGalore] DontRequireFuel=True
doesn't appear to be working.

I placed it in the Gameusersettings.ini as stated above, but they still require fuel...

I cannot find the underwater lantern in the smithy at all, I have learned all the skills, the normal lantern is there but not the underwater, what category is it under?
