Why on Demoman?
I can see this working for the soldier, but why for the demoman?

Because he's British? Okay, technically he's Scottish, and some Scottish people don't acknowledge themselves as Brits, but he's still part of the UK, I guess. Not so sure if the Scottish police have the same uniform as the English police though.

I dunno, it's just that this hat being multi-class feels kinda slapped on. That's just my opinion, though.
