Why is not multi class
Like how about you can wear it on all classes, but engineer and you can't wear it on spy during holidays, like I mean sure it only makes sense on soldier and demo but the game has a banana hat which is obviously the best example of a bad hat as we all know

Making a hat all class requires more effort, and they didn't know if anyone wanted the hat as is. Why put in the extra effort if nobody wants it? If it is popular enough, they might.

Also banana is best hat.

making everything allclass can cheapen items a bit, its nice to keep them to classes they fit aesthetically or personality wise

the effort is beyond minimal, its super easy to allclass hats i just didnt want to

If this becomes a full cosmetic set, then there should be a weapon to go with it, no? Well, since it's exceptionally british...

Imagine a Scout or a Spy for example wearing this hat, what is the first thing you think of, yes *WEIRD*, i think the hat is only suitable for Demoman and Soldier. Just stop complaining and admit it, other classes don't fit this hat so well.
