My pawns don't respect their loadout during caravans everyone carrying the wrong ammo or some hoarding it all, it's so frustrating to micro it every time I raid or get ambushed. Any way to enforce what they should be aways carrying?

Not to mention that I had to avoid using animals all together especailly after 1.3 patch, since they somehow are more driven to wander in the line of fire than fearless pawns
