CE conflicting with the blindfold

Pretty much the title, the blindfold from the ideology expansion and CE do not mix. When a pawn equips the blindfold it is duplicated on their chest.

It's a known issue, related to some overlapping changes to rendering that both Combat Extended and some other mods make. We're looking into solutions.
