Some dude wearing a cloth suit jacket and some type of cloth shirt just took a whole magazine of 7.62x39 AP-I to the chest. Watched his gear health drop down while the bullets impacted. Dude then whipped out a kukri and lopped my arm off, took my fine meal and left me to die.

I cant figure out why every piece of apparel is bulletproof. I was wondering if there is a common cause of this?
