How do i change my loadout?

A problem i have in this game, is when i accidentaly create a bad loadout and i have no way to change in, because i'm playing in commitment mode. Is there a way to change loadouts or do i have to start a new game?

its in the same tab where you can chance the drug,clothing, and food policies
