The Punishers ammunition (This goes for the Sabot as well as the DU rounds) got no real stats for CE which leads to the issue that a round bigger than some people are unable to penetrate a person with some degree of armor or a light weight mechanoid.

P.S if anyone got an Idea how I could pass this issue to one of the developers of the mods let me know.
