Please tell me if there will ever be an add-on that allows the AI to use Royalty-psycasts?

There is currently a Powerful Psycast AI mod, but it does it "dishonestly", it does not use the powers that DLC Royalty brings, but creates its own outwardly similar ones.

Is it possible that someday there will be an honest psycast for AI to make the Empire really strong?
