Centipedes are annoying
any way to edit their range in the defs? I can't seem to locate it.

No, Character Edit doesn't work 100% of the time.

I don't know how to edit them, but if you have combat extended guns, then the best tactic I've found is to use cover to draw them into range and use M72 LAWs on them, they'll go down in one or two hits and thankfully have a long charge time on their shots so you can dive back to cover before they shoot.

ive got that mod but i havent yet used any of the guns outside the ones that resemble vanilla guns, this is good to know, ill give the LAWs a try. what other guns in that mod are good? i only use the standard assault rifle and chain shotguns things, but not sure what to do with the others

remove mechanoid hive faction while generating a planet. Problem? Solved. USAS-12 from CE guns is a steroid buffed chain shotgun Saiga. SVD is basically a direct upgrade to vanilla M24 sniper rifle. Also I highly encourage you to add default autopistol M1911 to your loadout and switch to it when your primary runs out of ammo. Yes, you can switch between weapons. Open inventory and right click them. You can also carry knives, grenades, etc.
