Some armors with +carrying capacity are not giving the right amount.
So I currently have both recon and power armor, and the power armor is giving the wrong amount of carrying capacity. In the description it says it gives +80 carrying capacity but when equipped it only raises it by 33.1 which is less than the mass of the actual power armor.
